| 2002 Southern 100 Dates Confirmed |
 THE Southern 100 Road Racing Club has confirmed its dates for the 2002
season on the Billown Course.
The club will again be organising the opening and closing events of the TT
Festival, commencing with the De Montfort Group pre-TT Classic races between
May 24-27 and concluding with the Steam Packet National solo races on
Saturday, June 8.
The Southern 100 proper, again sponsored by the IoM Steam Packet Company,
reverts to its traditional week in July between Monday, July 8 and Thursday,
July 11.
