Answering/Replying to Accommodation Posts
It appears that a lot of people have not understood the manner in which to use the Accommodation Section of the Forum, here is some advice for you.

When responding to any posts that have been made by people who have accommodation available, and/or making posts yourself seeking accommodation.

When replying to wanted/vacant accommodation posts, use either the Email and/or the PM systems that are inbuilt within the TTwebsite Forum for contacting the people who have made such posts.

Do not make multiple posts on the Forum to different people who are seeking accommodation or renting accommodation, use the inbuilt Email and/or PM systems as that is what those systems are designed for.

Both are in-built systems and are confidential, so that your own details are kept private.

DO NOT put your email address or telephone number into any post that you make as those can be collected by SPAM Robots that trawl Internet Forums for such information.

Email I think is self explanatory and you can use that by clicking on the Red Email Text at the bottom left of the individuals original post. (Sometimes people do not like providing their own personal email address so they use the PM system)

PM - stands for Private Message and you can send a message with your requirements (or whatever) direct to the individual, who will receive a warning yellow flashing bar at the top of every page they open, the next time they access the website. This Yellow Flashing Bar will have a Red text stating "Message Waiting" and a header for the message (Whatever you have made in your PM).

Using the PM system ensures complete confidentiality between you and the person you have contacted.

Making your own posts when seeking accommodation, it can take a while for people to come back to you in some instances, and therefore in order to save space on my server,  It is not permitted to make (individual) repeat postings of your requirements and what you should do, if you are not getting any response to your original post, is to add a NEW REPLY (Black Button) to your original post and this will "bump" your post back up to the top of the listing.

However, you are permitted to "Bump" your post once a week and no more as making repeat postings only takes up un-necessary server space and memory.

Hope this helps and good luck in finding what you require.

Regards,

Malcolm
