Hans Otto Butenuths TT racer - Indian - 01-08-2023
This is a racer that Hans Otto Butenuth rode in the races on the Isle of Mann. Some friends of mine bought the bike and is displayed in their showroom at their motorcycle workshop.

Competed in the TT from 1962 to 1996. I'm guessing he'd have the most starts for an overseas racer.

I remember seeing him at the TT during his career he rode all sorts of machines but he was best known for his BMW rides and I must say the BMW sounded fantastic his counter compatriot Helmut Dahne also rode the BMW with reasonable success they were the days when Hailwood and Agostini were winning the Senior by 5 or 6 minutes or more.
