its not very quick through there at the minute with a 20 speed limit..

but come the racing and its going to be one scary fast corner!

cant wait Big Grin

hope they put the railings back they cut down the other week, keep some of the old furniture.

the marshalls hut in now a good way off so they will need to move it as well?

all the old corner tarmac has been dug up now as well.. so sad

Might as well bank it as well and call it Daytona.

Never mind it going to be one scary fast corner, just think of the mayhem there'll be at Hillberry :!:

I don't reckon it to be a good idea . . . . . . . . . potentially very dangerous.

Sad

Just to point out that this work has nothing to do with the racing at all and has been carried out by the DoT as this is the Island's number one accident black spot on open roads. In the end of the day it is a public highway and we have to accept that. Some work is in the offing for Hillberry as part of the ongoign safety work being carried out on the Mountain Circuit to make it as safe as possible.

Having consulted many current day solo and sidecar competitors about the changes made by the DoT there are no major concearns being voiced at this stage.
