SATURDAY PRACTICE - ian huntly - 22-05-2007

Bookmark this site page and look in if you are not on the Island..

http://www.manxradio.com/CMSmr/webcams.aspx

It is not a stream but it will update on a regular basis so you just might see a bike freeze on the screen. Also the fans and the marshalls !!

You can click and take a photo if you get a good freeze

(Freeze means the webcam can catch a bike going past and form a pic)

I'm sorry to repeat myself but I do find this particular webcam to be useful

Lets hope for good weather, and I'll see everybody on Sunday

(I have to work Saturday)

Ferry - ian huntly - 22-05-2007

Is there any truth in the rumour that the "Cutty Sark" was going to be refloated in time for the TT and set up in opposition to the Steamy Packet, sailing out of Bristol at 1864 prices ??

Clearly someone was NOT pleased with the idea so the "Cutty Sark" is now hors de combat !!!

Are there any fishing boats going over this year ??

I'd go by pedalo if I had to !

Any crossing could not be as bad as my first crossing in 1947 !!

It was awful since there were now stabilisers in them there days.

We all had to row !
