Taken from the MGP Riders Association news letter...................
" Manx Grand Prix 2007 gave island tourism a boost by attracting approximately 9000 visitors over the twwo weeek festival. This years event proved to be the most successful in recent years with a 25% increase on last year including almost 3500 bikes"

That's nice but probably was due in part to the halo effect from the Centenary TT and all the people who couldn't get over for that. Let's see how we get on this year. Fingers crossed
