We have seen the Riverdance many a time on the screen. Well, here is the sad end she has come to. :cry:
She ran aground off Blackpool during the night and this dramatic footage from the rescue helicopter shows she is holed. Probably not be back, but we still have her sister ship, Moondance... Smile

According to the AIS map, she is moored off Fleetwood!

Is it just me or has anyone noticed the AIS site seems to cover the whole of the British Isles now

I think it always has Cargo, it's just that for obvious reasons, people like us used to concentrate on where the IOM boats were.

I bet the Steam Racket are glad they left the Ben in Douglas on thursday night. It was late getting in and they'd planned to send it back out asap - it would have been right in the middle of all that slop!
