TT 2008 on TV - andyharding - 22-04-2008
Hi all,
First of all i am new to this forum. Been reading for a while but finaly decided to post.
I went to the TT last year and was hooked. So much i arrived home and booked my bike test as i wanted to ride. Now its a year later and still loving it.
Anyway i cant make it this year to the TT but i am going to the Manx GP. Just wondering does anyone know if the TT is going to be covered on the tv this year. If so when and what channel.

Having just watched the Liverpool v Chelsea game on ITV, a trailer at half time stated that they would be covering the TT this year.

The main UK coverage will be found ITV4 (daily highlights), BBC NI (daily highlights), plus a BBC Grandstand special on Sunday the 8th of June.

Think ITV4 are going to show the Saturday races live with highlights programmes each evening. Have also heard that this channel is trying to become a beacon for live motor sport - anyone else know anymore?
Can't get to the TT but booked the week off so that we can listen on t'internet. Not long now!
