C E 'Titch' Allen R.I.P. - Bill Snelling - 19-03-2010
The death was announced on Thursday of C E 'Titch' Allen, founder of the Vintage Motorcycle Club. Titch was 95.
This shows Titch riding his beloved Scott in the 1986 Parade Lap.
