Yes it is ten years since Joey suffered that tragic accident in Tallin,
and yet he is remembered today by so many people in the self same way that he was regarded then.

In some respects, I can hardly believe it has been ten years already.
I'm sure we can all remember where we were when we heard the news. It's one of those life-stopping moments.
I have great memories of him though! I think my favourite TT win was the two lap 250 race in pouring rain!
