I had a thought that it might actually be Brands Hatch? The concrete steps with metal hand rail, the fence, the building, and as you say Alfie the slope, nothing there seems familiar to the TT paddock...

I don't think #72 is Jim Wells, the leathers and helmet don't look right, it is definitely a Yamaha though, either a TR2 or a TR3.

First one is a 250 Spondon Rotax (possibly badged as an EMC) second is a Yamaha TZ250, third is a 250 Exactweld (Yamaha TZ engine) then the Rocket 3, final one is a Yamaha TZ750
