RE: TT news
Once upon a time there was a paper that came out during the Manx. Too many bangs on the head to remember its name but im sure some of the forum members will remember it?
TC Racing- Supporting the MGP and TT for way too long...One more year then were definetly quitting, possibly.. maybe .On second thoughts probably not..

RE: TT news
Ahhh! The days of "TT Special" are being recalled here I believe.
Originally founded by G.S. Davison (winner of the 1922 Lightweight TT on a Levis), Geoff edited TT Special from (I think) 1927 to his death in 1966. It was then taken over by Fred Hanks, former sidecar racer and father of Roy Hanks. Fred ran this newspaper from 1966 to (I think), the early nineties.
There were practice editions, and Race day editions, all eagerly awaited, with detailed lap analysis, and profiles on ALL riders, and lots of little tit bit gossip that Fred with all his contacts could expose. Happy days indeed.
