Who said I hadn't read the rules? I merely said that I THINK the limit is 1200cc. Just because it's all there on page 24 of the supplementary regulations, doesn't mean that I haven't read them. I can't remember everything.
In fact the MGP Office praised me for noting a contradiction in the Supplementary Regs and the Final Instructions yesterday, so I think I have read them.
