Very sad news indeed. 

Raymond one of the great characters of Sulby has passed away.

He will be missed by not only the local people of Sulby, but I am sure by all of you who managed to meet him on your visits to the Isle of Man for the TT and MGP.

Raymond was for sure, one of life's true gentlemen.

Indeed .. Remember Ray and his shop when I was growing up on the Island, days/weeks on end spent camping and mucking around at the Claddaghs in the 70's / 80's. RIP.

We used to pop in to say hello every TT, lovely man. Arkwright was our nickname for him, such sad news. RIP Raymond.
