Fresh from his record breaking exploits at the recent Oliver's Mount Gold Cup meeting where he extended his win tally to a remarkable 140, Ian Lougher now turns his attention to short circuit action and the Sunflower Trophy Races at Bishopscourt this weekend.

It's over 10 years since Lougher last raced at the Sunflower meeting, and for the 2019 event he will have one of the Team ILR - Mark Coverdale S1-R Paton twins at his disposal, a bike that made its debut at the Sunflower last year in the hands of Robert Kennedy, and which Ian himself rode to great effect at Scarborough.

The ever popular Welshman's appearance on the Paton is sure to be a big draw for the anticipated large crowd, and the event will bring the curtain down on Team ILR's 2019 season.
