Bathams Racing have announced that Dan Linfoot will be joining the team for the remainder of the season, replacing reigning Pirelli National Superstock 1000 champion Richard Cooper who continues his recovery from injury.

Linfoot joins Bathams Racing from the Santander TAG race team, who have opted to take a sabbatical from the Superbike class for the remainder of the season, returning to the Bennetts British Superbike Championship grid with TAG in 2021.

Linfoot said:

"It goes without saying that along with everyone else I wish Coopes a speedy recovery and hope he gets back racing soon. In the meantime I'm really looking forward to jumping on his bike and racing in the Superstock 1000 class. The Bathams bikes are always competitive, so it's a good opportunity for me to race closer to the front again and enjoy myself.
