Southern 100 Racing recently held its Media Launch to promote its racing activities on the Billown Course for 2012.
Commencing with the Blackford Financial Services Pre-TT Classic Road Races which are swiftly followed by the Manx Telecom Post-TT Road Races in May and June and finally the ‘blue-riband’ Steam Packet Southern 100 International Road Races in July.
Sponsors, Media, Riders and invited guests were provided with details of each of the three meetings, with various guests being interviewed by Manx Radio’s Tim Glover, including the 2011 Solo Champion Michael Dunlop and Sidecar Champions Klaus Klaffenböck and Dan Sayle.
The Klaus and Dan interview also includes Southern 100 2012 Sidecar debutantes Ben and Tom Birchall.
It was an unique occasion having no less than four Sidecar World Champions present at the launch, Klaus Klaffenböck, Ben & Tim Birchall, Adolf Hanni and Stan Dibben !
