Just read that Moores Kipper Smokery in Peel is closing this weekend. Sad news to see yet another local industry go to the wall.

After Paul Desmond retired last year we were not impressed by the cost or quality of the new offerings and switched to Devereaus, still sad to hear of another Manx tradition going.
