I have, on your behalf, been to the Crosby Post Office to pay our respects to David Jefferies who lost his life on the second lap of practice today..
There were people from Holland, America, Germany and the UK ,laying flowers at the site.......
We were ALL very emotional and we paid our respects in a dignified manner.
My father competed against Davids Grandad ALLAN and I azm pleased to have been close to Tony and Nick so I send them my deepest sympathy..

It is a loss to the TT and it is hard to take it in that a TT winner and a possible TT winner 2003 has lost his life..
We are all totally devastated tonight and send our condolences, love and sympathy to the Jefferies family..

my sons and i are gutted as Dave was our top man for the last few TTs love too all who knew him be proud we have top memories of him
