Franco Farne - V Twin Mechanic - 05-03-2015
Ducati's long time engineer and assistant to Dr Engineer Fabio Taglioni has died. Franco played a big part in the development, building and preparation Mike Hailwoods 1978 Ducati F1 TT machine that he won on. He also led the team that gave Carl Fogarty Four WSB titles. RIP Franco.

His history is the history of Ducati. He won his first race in the 50's as a rider and was still working on WSBK bikes until recently.
No deeper well of Ducati knowledge could be found than this man.
