Willie Clucas - Chief Scrutineer - RIP - Malcolm - 14-06-2015
I have just found out the terribly sad news of Willies passing.
We all knew that Willie was not very well, but I never thought that this would be the news that I would bring to the Forum.
His son David posted this on Facebook earlier today
It's with a heavy heart that I have to let those that knew him that dad (Willie Clucas) passed away peacefully last night in ITU.
This was meant to be his last year as Chief Scrutineer at the TT. He was gutted that he couldn't be there with the team. Please feel free to post any pics you have of him.
Thank you to those of you that knew him for making his life one he loved.

A gentleman who always had a moment or two for the craic and a kind comment and who will be sorely missed by all who knew him.
TTwebsite extend their sincerest sympathies to the family of Willie, his close friends and all his "pals" at the Scrutineer Bay.

That is indeed sad news, our thoughts are with his family. Willie was always very helpful and approachable and we were very appreciative of all his help ever since we arrived as a rookie team in 2012.
We missed him this year and will do so in the future - RIP Willie.

I didn't know Willie, but same as for all who help the TT , I feel sad at Willie's passing, and extend my condolences to the family.
