Agreement reached.....
"An agreement has been reached between the Department of Economic Development and Bushy's Brewery over the use of the initials "TT".
It's being termed a "co-existence" agreement.
Bushy's has confirmed the news its Facebook page saying both sides will mutually recognise the other's IP rights and agree to "coexist", effectively ending the argument.
The brewery says it would like to thank the government for being able to discuss the issue with it and come to a speedy conclusion." source: ManxRadio
