Guy joined the Williams Formula 1 team as one of their Pit crew for the Belgian Grand Prix at Spa.
Watch out for the programme on Channel 4 in the UK at 8pm Sunday 17th September.
Guy got to stay and work as one of the team, he quizzed them non stop!
Guy was impressed by the hours everyone put in and the level of detail around every part of the team.
