Seniors Race Day - Anonymous - 10-06-2005 Seniors Race - Pre Start - Anonymous - 10-06-2005 Farquhar will lead off, followed by Paul Hunt, Bruce Anstey, Martin Finnegan, Adrian Archibald, Ian Lougher, Richard Britton, John McGuinness And They're Off - Anonymous - 10-06-2005 Farquhar leads away towards Bray Hill, followed by Hunt and Anstey, then comes Finnegan, Archibald, Lougher, Britton, Griffiths and McGuinness Glen Helen - Lap 1 - Anonymous - 10-06-2005 Following the top ten away from the line are: Carswell, away then Frost, Martin, Armstrong, Silvester, Porter and Donald at 24, Mawdsely, Richardson, Lindsay. First on the road is Farquhar then Hunt looking close to him, then Anstey and very close is Finnegan, then Archibald, Lougher closing, then a gap to Britton and Griffiths and McGuinness on his tail, then Maeda, then Carswell, Frost and Martin very close, then Armstrong, Beattie and Hutchinson, Barton Placings, McGuinness Lougher Farquhar Finnegan Martin Britton Archibald Porter Griffiths Re: Glen Helen - Lap 1 - Anonymous - 10-06-2005 Ramsey - Lap 1 - Anonymous - 10-06-2005 At Ballaugh McGuinness is 4 secs up on Lougher. Who is first through ? It's Farquhar squirreling in, a gap back to Hunt with Finnegan making up time, then Archibald pretty close, Lougher next with Anstey close behind him. Britton then McGuinness and Griffiths close behind him. Next is Maeda on his own, then comes Carswell with Martin on his tail, Rob Frost comes through and now it's Armstrong, then Beattie and Hutchinson line astern. Porter takes it. Morgan and Bell come through together. Hunt comes in to the pits, Lougher goes through then Britton and McGuinness with a new lap record (from a standing start). Hunt - "The motor has a rattle and there's something adrift obviously". Placings: McGuinness +9.85 Archibald Lougher Martin Ramsey - Lap 2 - Anonymous - 10-06-2005 Farquhar first through, then a slight gap to Archibald and Finnegan together, Lougher fast and wide, McGuinness comes through then Britton, Griffiths next then Martin sideways through here, followed by Maeda; Carswell pointing at his rear left of the machine, Armstrong and then it's Frost and Hutchinson together, Beattie nice and smooth. Barton and Porter (who is touring through), Placings McGuinness +6.8 (17.43 Ramsey to Ramsey) Archibald Finnegan Lougher Britton Martin Archibald reported to be touring at Guthries Refuelling endof Lap 2 - Anonymous - 10-06-2005 Farquhar in and stalling it in the box, now comes Finnegan, Lougher in the dust (but ok), Farquhar goes out, McGuinness comes in very quick, Griffiths comes in, Lougher goes out, McGuinness fires up and he is gone. Britton goes out, Martin comes in, Maeda comes in, Griffiths leaves, Martin fires up and he is away. Maeda goes out. Hutchinson and Frost come in together Carswell retires at the Bungalow. Placings McGuinness +26 - 17.47.86 - 127.19mph Lougher Martin Britton Farquhar Finnegan Griffiths Glen Helen - Lap 3 - Anonymous - 10-06-2005 Farquhar still leading the field on the roads and he goes through here very quickly. A long gap to Finnegan, then Lougher; McGuinness comes through then Britton, Griffiths, Martin comes through with Maeda very close to him; a long gap to Frost Placings McGuinness +25 Lougher +0.1 Britton Martin Farquhar Finnegan Griffiths Maeda Ramsey - Lap 3 - Anonymous - 10-06-2005 Farquhar retires at Parliament Square. On the road it's Finnegan who is first through with Lougher so close, McGuiness is through next with Britton on his tail, Griffiths comes through looking aggresive, Martin next with Maeda on his tail. Griffiths now comes through, then Martin, Hutchinson comes through, Frost next; Placings McGuinness +23 Britton Lougher Martin Finnegan Griffiths Maeda Hutchinson Beattie Glen Helen - Lap 4 - Anonymous - 10-06-2005 Lougher first through with Finnegan, a slight gap to McGuinness and then comes Britton; a gap to Griffiths, then Martin and Maeda close to him; Hutchinson now comes throgh with Frost and DFufour gouingthrough safely. At Ballaugh it's McGuinness leading Britton by 28 secs. Finnegan and Lougher come through together, then comes McGuinness, then Britton, Griffiths comes through very smoothly, Martin and Maeda come through line astern.
