I have 6 usa friends wanting to come over next year
I am looking for a house, ON THE TRACK AND NEAR A PUB for them

Hi Shaun,
The only thing to really do is look at the iom Government home stay site and look for somewhere close. There are not that many houses available that have both the criteria you have mentioned, thats probably why no replies.... Best looking for Crosby or Ramsey for close to pubs as places to stay and even then getting houses actually on the course is narrowing your possabilities a little more.
