excessive speed ticket - Anonymous - 14-04-2004
last month I got a ticket for going over 100 mph, in the sacramento area from a piggy on 2 wheels. He wrote on the ticket Approximately 125mph, boy was he mad, and a donkeys bottom. Anyway, I've already pleaded not guilty. By the time he caught up to me, I was a mile off the freeway facing the other direction parked. How the hell can he prove I was going that fast or even be that person who was driving that car. He said he was chasing me for 5-6 exits. I don't know what the hell he's talking about.I hope to see him in court. Any suggestions what to say in court?
