The right decision - I've always hated seeing injured guys getting onto bikes to race (all that 'I cut off the cast' heroics we used to see) - the stakes are just too high IMO.

Cheers - did a quick google and the first thing to come up was him going through the bales at Cookstown in 2009 (apparently unhurt). So assuming its the same chap - he had a long career!
