RIP - he was not just a great racer, he was a great man. He came across brilliantly in the Paul Hollywood 'racing legends' programme - I hope the BBC re-show it in tribute.

I must admit the scariest thing about this TT was the walk to/from Braddan Oak to marshal - at times it felt like being an extra in Death Race 2000- standing by the Oak was easy compared with that!

If you are in Ramsey you could always try May Hill. There is a bridge to get you across during racing so you can watch on both sides and it has a massive park (loads of swings and things) and toilets...
