If you give the marshals office a call they can let you know how to sign on. I don't think the office is open in the evenings. Have you done the online course and test? It's pretty straightforward....

Glenlough campsite at Ballagarey is likely to have spaces early on. The bus stop is outside the campsite. 10 to 15 mins in to Douglas and regular.
