Ferry Costs 2016
Hi All

Anyone else received there invoice for the ferry for next year. I started sweating buckets when I saw the cost.

We are a car with 4 adults in (wish I was going on my bike but unfortunately have to take the family).

How much do people think from sunday to Friday of race week?

Cheers

Just got my invoice for Campervan & me - £363

Last years was £351 so a 3.4% increase

Given zero inflation (although I don't know what the IOM inflation rate is) coupled with the reduced cost of fuel, I thought it wouldn't have gone up at all.

Never mind 162 days to go and it'll be worth every penny!

Got mine today, same sailings as last year, me and my bike. £235 last year, £239 this year, less than 2% increase.

I didn't travel last year but in 2014 it cost me £361 for me and the car plus £52 for my son. This year it will cost me £360 for me and the car plus £52 for my son.

Both years we travel from Liverpool on the first Saturday of practice week. In 2014 we came back on Mad Sunday evening to Liverpool, this year were staying until Tuesday morning of race week and sailing to Heysham.

Be good to see you again Nev, it'll soon come around.

Same digs, same marshalling point, probably same bike.
