Is Martin Carney still around?
Looking for Martin Carney. Predominantly a small bike rider, he was the first to hustle a Triumph Trident round the TT course in the 1969 Production TT for Stan Brand of Hughes of Tooting.
This bike has been found and the new owner would like to make contact, wonder of he remembers trying to get 'highest up the bank' at Guthries in '69?

RE: Is Martin Carney still around?
I realize a lot of time has passed since the last post, but I found this website last night after meeting Martin Carney and doing a google search. Martin is alive and well and working for Kawasaki in the USA. I'm a big fan of the TT, and it was quite a surprise to run into Martin last night and hear lots of good stories about his racing days.
