Well that's me well and truly. Lost Sticks. You have. Gone to a shop clicked this folderd that ?? What's a bl--dy folder when it's at home or in the bl--dy shop then you expect me to remember what size this Site wants compared to what I use on other sites all very confusing , and then as if all that was not bad enough, a size I can just about understand 3x2. 6x4 that's okay but now we have dpi, now in the wonderful world of intergalactic man on the moon years surely it could be made all automatic, we had auto transmission in God knows when and it worked

Yours confused from Yorkshire.

Well Eddy, the photo you posted of the Fairy Bridge is only 54kb so somehow you managed to do what was required.  See it is that easy you did not even know you had done it !!

RE: Photo posting
So, reading Malcolms updated post, can we now do as before, then resize,
as I posted earlier,
pretty much as we used to?

RE: Photo posting
I believe so, as long as the image is no bigger than 640 pixels @ 72dpi and you don't put more than about 6 images up per post.

I don't think there's a limit to how many in a thread now - just per post, otherwise it can take ages to load.

RE: Photo posting
this is were I am all confused the first pic of the bridge I was told that I had done it spot on without trying and when I look at the size it is stored at and was posted at according to Mr Bucket as I said was 1024x767 so how come the next one that I put up that is stored and posted at, 800x600 appears to be too wide is my problem , and as I red Malcolms last post he said that as long as it fit on the page and did not over lap or what ever, it was ok ,

but if 800 is going to appear wider than 1024 then I will leave it to you wonder whizzzzzz kids I admit defeat , its not as if I have that much worth putting up any way

Maybe you need to change some settings on this page

I had it set for 640x480 to upload this screenshot you get to this settings page by clicking on the gear wheel top righthand corner of library page

But wheres the fun in learning something new.
Iv just tried it and it works but I still got a file size thats to big something to work on.

Ah but some of us are slow learners and have other things in life to be getting on with I have just done one and to do all the jiggerdy pockery rubbish from stat to finish took me 27 mins on my steam powered updown laptop converter
