Southern 100 Marshals Discount Scheme to Continue in 2022

The Isle of Man Steam Packet Company will begin their 36th year of sponsorship of the Southern 100 Races in 2022.

Having been the Title Sponsor of ‘the friendly races’ since 1999, the Islands Lifeline also assist many other ways, one of which is a special discount scheme for marshals travelling to the event from the adjacent Islands and they have agreed to continue the scheme next year, 2022.

The scheme was last used in 2019 prior to the races having to be cancelled in 2020 and this year due to the pandemic and has helped attract additional marshals to officiate, which are vital to ensure the races are run to the highest safety standards.

All eligible marshals will be contacted by the Isle of Man Steam Packet Company via email.

Should any of the 2019 Southern 100 Marshals have mislaid their Warrant Number, please email: to retrieve the information.

For those marshals looking to book ferry and accommodation, Steam Packet Holidays have created some inclusive packages which take in to account the ferry discount on offer to qualifying marshals. The Southern 100 Club have made available a list of those marshals that are eligible.

At this time we are also excited to announce that the Southern 100’ s new website ( is going live on Friday 10th December and we ask all our marshals to check our website and social media for what we are calling ORANGE FRIDAY, 17th December when our live marshals sign on opens.

Southern 100 Racing along with the Southern 100 Marshals Association are indebted to the Isle of Man Steam Packet Company for their continued and valuable support and sponsorship since 1987 .
