James Hillier Dakar 2023
Was listening to the TT Podcast the other day and James Hillier confirmed that he was doing the Dakar in January.
He's confirmed on the entry list

Other information a bit thin on the ground as far as my limited googling has found. Hopefully he has a decent run. I love the Dakar and have followed it for years but as far as I can tell finishing is a bit of a lottery.

Seems to be doing OK , round about 2/3 in the standings after 2 stages. Todays 3rd stage just been cancelled while in progress due to unsafe weather conditions with James still doing well.
