Cool  Jurby weather
Moghrey mie - morning all!

Sitting sipping coffee up here in Sandygate - about a mile from Jurby, for those who don't know - and it's cloudy but dry at present, so I'm going to risk putting the washing out before heading over. (Don't say it - I know it's tempting fate!....)

Anyway, the weather from Ronaldsway says:

A few scattered showers are possible this morning, otherwise it’s a dry and bright day ahead with some sunshine at times and a fresh northwest wind which will slowly decrease through the day
5.00am Saturday 12th July 2008.

Not sure if I'll get there for practice but deffy don't want to miss the races this afternoon, especially after the wash-out down South.

Incidentally, I'll be on the boat to Liverpool first thing tomorrow morning (with 30+ school kids!), so if any of you folks spot me, say "Hi" & introduce yourselves - it's nice to be able to put faces to the names on this site.

Anyway, here's hoping for a good day's racing up the road.

Sounds like I missed out on a great day - Fooking job centre insisting I came back over the wet bit to sign on, would have made up for the washout at the S100.

Two lap records for Nicky and both so consistent.

Gary Carswell is such a star. He is so quiet and modest, and I'm sure he actually blushed when Ray Knight mentioned his top speed... the top speed of the day... through the speed trap... 180+
