According to the "New look" Steam Packet website booking facility the days of the month only go up to 30, obviously news hasnt yet reached them that 7 months actually have 31 days in them, so, whilst you can make a booking for the 30th May and the 1st of June you cant make one for the 31st of May cos it doesnt exist !!!!!!
