Is this the very definition of real racing? In this two-rider Barry Sheene Memorial Trophy race, victory was decided in the very final corner – until then, it was anyone’s guess between the Duncan Fitchett/Jeremy McWilliams Norton Manx 500 and the Mike Edwards/James Haydon Matchless G50.

It was classic handling versus power argument, with the Norton appearing to have the grunt out of the corners and the Matchless getting around them with more finesse. The two bikes were virtually side by side through the final chicane and just a tenth of a second separated them across the finish line. Which was ahead? Watch the highlights below to find out.
