RE: Vision Nine contract was 'not fit for purpose'
The Attorney Generals Office is advertising for a new senior Lawyer up to £70k per year in the uk legal press but won't pay relocation or 'travel to interview' expenses and applicants might have to have a 'police check'  for which the applicant has to pay £44 themselves.  How not to make a job attractive, sounds more like one of these job cons shown on Watchdog - surely  they can't be just appearing to try and attract fresh talent from 'Across' while secretly keeping it as a job for the boys can they? I've been a Lawyer for 14 years and have never heard of an applicant being asked to pay for their own background checks. Never mind the next Vision 9 train wreck will be just leaving the station.
