For my eyes the second bike looks very much like a Maico. Probably with number 20. If so it is Swede Borje Jansson who 1970 finished 2nd after 3 laps without a pitstop. I believe that the riders started two by two that year and in that case the picture must have been shot at the first lap. Not shure though...
