Of all the riders I have met John is the the most welcoming of them all. He always took the time to give autographs and chat with his fans. I never ever saw him hide away and refuse to sign an autograph or get a picture taken and I can say that as I met him many times behind the paddock or on the front relaxing unlike other so called riders who did exactly that. I will not name them but i'm sure you know who they are. What a true gentleman and he will be sadly missed when he hangs up his leathers. Good luck John.
