Colin Seeley - RIP
Just found out this evening that Colin Seeley has passed away.

What would the bike racing world have been like without his skill and knowledge.

Very sad news his bikes in the 60s and 70s were were a revelation his rolling chassis with matchless, ajs and Yamaha engines were the bikes to be on but he was a sidecar driver where he started and a very good one too RIP Colin you will be sorley missed.

Colin Seeley's passing is great loss to the motorcycle racing fraternity. He was not only a GP winning sidecar racer, the saviour of AMC racers in the 60's with his takeover of their race shop but also a top class team manager not least with the rotary Norton team. A great, great man.

A name synonymous with performance motorcycles as I was being introduced to biking in the 70's.
