Bikes in the holding area and engines being warmed up with 10 minutes to go.

Micky D - Things aren't going right at the moment, Should have stayed at home I think. Ahh well, these things happen I suppose.

John McPint - Never won this one, a lot of young fast guys out there, but I'll give it my best tonight. I've had this particular bike for a few years, riding it at BSB etc however I just haven't been able to put it all together so far. Still not too bad for an old fat bloke !!!!

Bruce - Hope for a good first lap and then just see how it goes.

Guy - (To Chris Kinley) Where are you going on holiday this year then ?

Keith Amor - Had an injection and some extra strapping up.

McGuinness rolls up to the line to be first away.

First Through on the road is McGuinness, then Amor, closely following is Guy Martin. A gap to Bruce Anstey and then Cam Donald.

Now it's Archi and Michael Dunlop together. Conor with Johnson right on his tail.

Guy - I'm going to Cuba this year on holiday, cos I'm right into this communist thing. I'm fascinated by it and want to learn more about it !!!!!
