Oral Engineering and WorldWide Communication Group signed a two year partnership that will have the engineering company furnishing motors and technical assistance to the WorldWide racing team in the new Moto3 category.

The OE-250M3R engine, created by a team led by technical director Mauro Forghieri, will run in the Aprilia RSW chassis of Team WorldWide Race. At the controls of the bikes will be Swiss rider Giulian Pedone and Czech rider Miroslav Popov.

Under the agreement, the WorldWide Race team will also play a crucial role in the development of the engine as the season progresses. For this reason, the team has moved the new race department to Spain for the opportunity to attend more winter tests.

Franco Antoniazzi (Oral Engineering – Director):

"We are pleased to have signed this agreement that creates a technical partnership with team WorldWide Race, a team that has demonstrated competitiveness and several important results. Moto3 is a challenge that represents the future of racing on two wheels and Oral Engineering, who researches and innovates racing technologies, needs to be a part of it."

Fiorenzo Caponera (WorldWide Race – Team principal):

"The agreement is for two years, but the partnership represents a larger initiative: We are beginning a new adventure with Moto3 and the first steps will be decisive. To start with the support of one of the most famous and capable engineering companies in the world is critical. WorldWide Race will bear a considerable part of the development of the engine and for this we transferred the racing team to Spain, near Alicante. Spain offers a better climate and has a network of circuits that allow testing even in winter. We will start around January 15 and continue with a busy schedule until the first Grand Prix. We expect to work on engine development the first year and to reach for performance and results in the second year. We are sure it will be interesting."
