According to the anglosaxon press Joey was second (following the estonian rider Lambit Teesalu) at the moment of the fatal accident. But according to the estonian press Joey was third at the moment of the fatal accident. Of course it's possible that both the reports are true as one of those two positions can refer to the end of the lap.
