The Rapid Solicitors Kawasaki Team of Shane 'Shakey' Byrne, Stuart Easton and Keith Farmer will be joining team owner Paul Bird to take to the stage in a chat show later this month organised by North Yorkshire Road Racing Supporters Club.

The event, which takes place at the Golden Lion Hotel in Northallerton on Tuesday 28th August, will immediately follow the important Cadwell Park round of the MCE Insurance British Superbike Championship which will see all three of the riders in action and hoping to bolster their various title aspirations.

Londoner Byrne, who is one of Britain's most popular riders having sampled MotoGP and World Superbike success as well as winning two BSB titles, is one of the favourites to land this year's crown holding second place in the title race.

Easton meanwhile has recovered from serious injuries sustained last year to battle his way up the standings and the wee Scot is still on the verge of the all-important top six going into the final rounds of the season.

Reigning Metzeler Superstock 600 champion Keith Farmer currently leads the Metzeler Superstock 1000 Championship and the young Ulsterman will be hoping to increase his advantage prior to arriving at the North Yorkshire venue the following day.

Team owner Paul Bird, who is also one of Britain's leading rally drivers and whose recent successes include winning SOL Rally Barbados, will also be attending to give his unique take on what it takes to run not only his BSB teams, but also that of his PBM UK MotoGP team which is set to expand next year.

The evening gets underway at 7.30pm and will feature a raffle, auction and late bar.
