Tsingtao MV Agusta breaks cover at first Spanish test
Vittorio Iannuzzo had his first taste of the Tsingtao MV Agusta at the team's first pre-season test at Cartagena in Spain this week, ahead of his debut season in the MCE Insurance British Superbike Championship.
The team's opening test gave the Italian an opportunity to test the F4 in a stock specification with upgraded K Tech suspension to give the Hampshire-based squad some initial data ahead of their next test with the new machine.
Tsingtao MV Agusta will collect the new specification F4 Superbike from the factory in Varese before the end of the month ready for their next on track appearance.
Iannuzzo said:
"It has been good to get on the big bike again and find a base for this year. It has been great to work with Nick [Morgan] and the team to understand the direction we need to take when we test the new bike when it arrives."
Iannuzzo was joined at the test by the team's Motorpoint British Supersport Evo Championship riders, Luke Jones, Luke Hedger and Italian Luca Marconi.
