Todays Racing starts with the - 350cc Classic TT Race (4 laps) originally scheduled to start at 10:15.

However there has been an announcement stating there will be a 30 minute delay.
The start is now scheduled for 10:45hrs

10:12 - Announcement

TETRA Communication system issues, dictate a further 30 minute delay to the start of the 350cc race.

Start now scheduled for 11:15 hrs

( Michael Dunlop & Dan Sayle will be out on Dave Moluneux's sidecar outfit in the Classic TT Lap of Honour )

10:45
Phil Taubman - "We are in the lap of the Gods with the state of this system".
"We have great weather, and we got through all the bad weather last week".
"Who would have thought that this system would cause this problem today".

11:00
Announcement that they are still suffering problems with the communication system.
Further 15 minute delay
The start is now scheduled for 11:30 hrs

11:15
Further delay with an announcement at 12 o'clock
(This sounds rather ominous)

11:40
Complete technical re-configuration of the relevant sections of the TETRA system is required and is at present being undertaken by the System Technicians.

An announcement will be made at 13:00 as to whether todays events will go ahead or not.

13:00
They are now going to carry out a test on the system and if it proves acceptable, then they will go for a start at 14:00

13:15
System is back up and running so it looks like a start at 14:00 for the 350cc Classic
