Smiths Racing BMW riders are ready to kick-start their 2017 season at Donington Park for Round 1 of the MCE British Superbike Championship.

Peter Hickman:

“I am really looking forward to kicking off the season at Donington Park this weekend. It’s been a long winter but I’m feeling good and the team have been working great in our pre-season testing. It’s going to be an interesting one but I’m pushing for the top 6 and this weekend and I want to start as we mean to go on. “

Lee Jackson:

“I can’t wait to be back out on my Smiths Racing BMW after a productive test out in Spain. Although we didn’t managed to ride last week at Donington Park for the official test I’m looking forward to being back out on the UK circuits and getting stuck in to this season after a long winter. I’d like to thank Smiths Racing for the opportunity this year along with all my personal sponsors for their continued support.”
