Still experiencing "sea fog" between Cronk Y Voddy and Sulby Bridge. Neil Hanson announces that the race has been delayed "again" and that a new start time of 12:30 will come into effect.

The rest of the Island is basking in beautiful sunshine.

Now, here we go with typical Island weather. The mist has cleared on the West and now it is closing in at the Verandah.

Medical helipcopter access not possible in that area for the moment.

Race put back again until 13:30 at earliest.

Yen another delay folks, the mist has come in again on the West side near Handleys. New start earliest at 14:00 now.

Palmer comes through then Dunlop and Lougher appearing to close slightly on Robert. Gary Bennet through safely

Dunlop leads by 1 sec and Palmer and Lougher joint 2nd, then Matt Jackson.

McGuinness leads the 400's away from the start followed by Richard Britton, Jim Hodgson, Jason Griffiths, John Barton, Derek Slew, Mark Parrett,

Dave Madsen Mygdal goes from the back after suffering a flat battery.

Last of the 125's go through at Glen Helen.

Palmer first through on the road at the hairpin and away up the hill, Dunlop next and Lougher closing, Gary Bennet closely followed by Nigel Beattie,

400's at Glen Helen - McGuinness through followed by Britton, Jim Hodgson, Jason Griffiths,

McGuinness 7 secs up on Britton

Martin Finnegan failed to start at the starting line (trying to get it going again)

Norman Kneene, Phil Harvey, Mark Tyrell all 125's go through, then Ted Roebuck and very close behind Matt Jackson, Trevor Ritchie, Chris McGahan (think the ears may be slowing him down a bit), Mick Chaderton, all go through safely.

Palmer & Lougher joint leaders and leading Dunlop by 1 second, then Nigel Beattie, Mark Tyrell, Gary Bennet

Palmer goes through first at 124.1mph
