Get Well Soon........
To all the fallers at the weekends road racing,
especially Robert McCrum, another raising star
who gets hurt on his way to top form.
Apparantly badly broken leg and will lose it from knee.
Mark Parrett another faller while leading the 400 race and on last lap was knocked unconsious also
broken shoulder, now a fight to be fit for TT.
Darren Slous fell at Jurby, sounds like will miss
TT.
And Elle Forrest I'm told had her arm wrapped up
and has broken a finger or two ?? Perhaps Elle
will confirm this when she returns to the keyboard. Hope you're back in action very soon.

Re: Get Well Soon........
Thanks everyone. Excuse the typing, I have an excuse this time though ! It is not looking good for Tandragee unfortunately, but I'll be there spectating. Good luck with your races Cargo.
p.s I wish folk would just let us get on with racing - all the bitchiness really takes the fun out of it! We are not exactly racing in MotoGP, it is supposed to be fun ? And as we all know, accidents can have very serious consequences on the roads.

Re: Get Well Soon........
I couldn't agree with you more Elle.
There is far too much bitchiness and racing IS supposed to be fun.
I could go on but this is not the thread.

Once again get well to all who are injured.
I've read elsewhere that Robert Mcrum is already talking about thumb brakes!

Re: Get Well Soon........
I agree Cargo, I don't want to hijack the thread -I guess I am very concerned that bitchiness (plus all the who's the fastest chick nonsense) puts extra pressure on riders to go out and prove folk right or wrong, which in turn leads to accidents. Everyone who is out racing on the roads is a star and deserves loads of respect. They get mine anyway. Have a safe weekend racing everyone, have fun - I have just had an idea that may get me out at Tandragee after all ....
(oh, yes Helen - you are right about my profession)
